What a lovely, very large, two-story restored/renovated building and unit! The main entrance has a fountain. The sound of the water was soothing and a lovely welcoming space, just a prelude to the beautiful duplex that awaited me. Beautiful furnishings, high ceilings, full kitchen, a very comfortable bed, lots of storage, one full bathroom with an enormous shower. Lots of tea and coffee pods for the machine, this was appreciated. Quiet residential area, but just a few minutes walk from tourist sites and restaurants/shops. It was quiet at night, great for a good sleep. I'd stay here again.

Location is great as its next to setas which makes navigation easy. Also near walking distance of cafe's, shopping district and cathedral. Carrefour store is 2 minutes walking distance for buying essentials. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and had a nice lounge and kitchen to use.

The apartment is located in the city center, on a fairly quiet street. Contactless check-in has its advantages, you can check in at a time convenient for you. Beautiful design combining authentic and modern styles. Interesting two-story layout. All amenities are available. Two bathrooms — a toilet on the first floor and a shower with a toilet on the -1 floor — have been beautifully renovated. Thank you for the coffee and the cozy atmosphere.

The property owner wellcomed me upon our whatsapp corrsponding. He was kind, and showed me how to enter in my apartment and mentioned the important things.

We loved everything about the apartment. It is in the centre of the old town and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and even the flamenco dances. The apartment is spacious and spotless. You have everything and more in the kitchen. The bathrooms are very nice and also spacious for an apartment in the middle of the old town. We booked for only one night but stayed another one. Communication was quick and easy. We had to move to another apartment for the second night but nothing was too much trouble for them. The girls moved our luggage to the other room as we had to be out from the first apartment at 11h. There is an elavator in the building, so don't be put off if you are on the 3rd floor. I will recommend these apartments to anyone going to Seville. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The place is located in heart of the city that is why it is easy to get around. The apartment was really well prepared and it was clean, cooled and ready to just dive in and take a rest. It was really easy to get inside, just need to remember the codes to the doors. The arrival times are not a problem for an owner, so you can check in any time I would say. The beds were spacious, clean and comfortable. The AC unit was working really well and cooled the place in no time.
